Put 1 of a tea spoon of the virgin sea salt in the little ceramic bowl and add 2 tea spoon of the oil mix.
use your finger to create a paste and apply on your body. Then gently massage in circular motions for 2 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water.
Use a body oil, or cream after for regenerating hydrations as well as glow
